We don’t have a Minnetonka store, and this is the one city where the choice is a genuine toss-up: North Loop and Bloomington are both about 22 minutes away, in opposite directions.
Which way to go
Minnetonka spreads across a lot of ground, and the drive time comes out almost identical in either direction. Hours and the menu are the same at both, so it comes down to where in the city you start and whether you’d rather park in a lot or on the street.
North Loop — about 14 miles, 22 minutes. I-394 east straight into downtown Minneapolis. The natural choice from Ridgedale, the Opus area, or anywhere on the 394 corridor. Metered street parking, and it’s the only one of our stores that takes ACH bank payment.
Bloomington — about 15 miles, 22 minutes. Highway 169 south to I-494 east, then France Avenue South. Better from the southern end near Minnetonka Boulevard or Highway 62, and there’s a free lot attached to the building.
Short version: North Loop if you’re heading into the city anyway, Bloomington if you want to park and be done.
